Counted.
Countersigned.
L.R.I. INVESTMENTS LLC is based at 3749 Esquire Dr, Canal Winchester, Ohio. We deal as principal when the capital is ours, advise for a fee when the capital is yours, and administer when the instrument demands it — with the capacity countersigned on every record.
Three rules
behind the
door.
Trust in finance is mostly bookkeeping discipline. When a firm holds principal positions, client mandates, and fiduciary duties under one roof, the only safe arrangement is to separate them — so we built the vaults that way.
- IOwn account means own account. Royalties, liens, mortgages, venture positions, viaticals — dealt as principal, disclosed as ours.
- IIFees come from the client. Customized planning and advice is paid by the client alone — no product commissions, no hidden spreads.
- IIIThe document is the boss. Estates, escrow, trusts, and custody follow the governing instrument, not convenience.
From royalties
to clearing.
The deposit wall runs wide: own-account dealing in mineral and oil royalties, tax liens, mortgages, venture positions, viatical settlements — then fee-paid planning and fund management — then estates, escrow, custody — then market machinery: clearinghouses, quotation feeds, transfer agencies, virtual currency clearing.
Few firms hold all four. Which vault a matter belongs in is decided before work starts — stated in the engagement, countersigned on the record.
Before you
sign.
Both, in separate capacities — plus fiduciary and market services. We deal as principal for our own account, advise for client-paid fees, administer trusts and estates, and operate market functions like clearing and transfer. Every engagement names the capacity in writing.
Customized advisory and planning is paid by the client — flat fees or basis-point arrangements disclosed in writing. We don't accept commissions on products we recommend.
No. A mandate is either principal (our capital) or advisory (your decision, your fees) — never blended. The engagement document states which vault your matter sits in.
Only under fiduciary engagements — securities custody, trust and estate administration, escrow — governed by the instrument. Advisory clients keep custody where they choose.
